As Deputy of the Orient of Louisiana, I welcome you to our website for the Pelican Council of Deliberation for the state of Louisiana. I also extend greetings on behalf of all Scottish Rite Masons owing fealty to the United Supreme Council, 33° of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Prince Hall Affiliation, Southern Jurisdiction of the United States of America, Inc., where Illustrious Corey D. Hawkins Sr, 33° is our Sovereign Grand Commander. In the orient of Louisiana, we are striving to rebuild, maintain, and carry out the legacy of the giants that laid the solid foundation on which we now stand. Our goal is to provide (Moral Leadership, Educational Advancement, and Philanthropic Endeavors) as we travel the course of our Masonic journey. As Scottish Rite Freemasons, we should all seek “Universal Equilibrium” therefore I am asking every Scottish Rite Mason in our orient to join us as we carry out our responsibilities by continually making (Self-improvements and Moral Progress to make Good Men, Better Men. We seek no more, we offer no more. It is enough.
