RATES/TAXES

We are pleased to confirm the following special room rates, which are net, non-commissionable.

Double Queen Non Smoking $95.00

Group will be charged all applicable taxes unless tax-exempt. All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 13.70%. Taxes & occupancy charges are subject to change.

CONCESSIONS

• Group rate available 2 day’s pre and post of arrival.
• Complimentary breakfast served daily.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking included.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Individual Reservations

Each individual guest must make their own reservation by calling 1-337-321-6700 by 03/07/25. They must identify themselves as members of the Group. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

As agreed, you will distribute the hotels telephone number, web address, toll free number, etc., and instruct your participants to contact the hotel directly to make their individual reservations. Also instruct your participants that they must make their reservations no later than 03/07/25 otherwise the rooms will be automatically released for general sale. Reservation request received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis of the hotels published rates.

CUT-OFF DATE

Cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is 03/07/25. After this date, rooms not covered by a rooming list or individual reservations shall be released from Groups room block and Hotel may contract with other parties for the use of such rooms to reduce our losses and your obligations under the performance clause.

CHECK IN/OUT
As it is our policy to assign guests to clean rooms, it will be helpful if your guests plan to arrive after our check-in time of 3:00 p.m. and depart prior to our check-out time at 11:00 a.m. Should your guests require an early arrival or late departure you may request this with hotel prior to the group arrival. There may be an extra charge incurred for these rooms based on availability.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTION FOR ROOM & RELATED CHARGES
Individual guests will be responsible incidentals upon check-in. Room and room tax are to be paid as a group. Group reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card upon check-in.

CANCELLATION
Individual cancellation is 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations received after 24 hours prior to arrival, 1st night’s room & tax will be forfeited.

FORCE MAJEURE
The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, government authority, disaster, strikes, civil disorders or other emergencies, any of which make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or services for your meeting. It is provided that this Agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability.

INDEMNIFICATION
Each party hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the other harmless from any loss, liability, costs or damages arising from actual or threatened claims or causes of action resulting from the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of such party or its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors,
members or participants (as applicable), provided that with respect to officers, directors, employees, and agents, such individuals are acting within the scope of their employment or agency, as applicable.

ARBITRATION/DISPUTE RESOLUTION/ATTORNEY’S FEES
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, shall at the option of the Hotel be settled through non-binding mediation or binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or through an action brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in the State in which the Hotel is located for trial and determination by such court sitting without a jury, under the law of such State in either case. In connection with any such litigation, including appellate proceedings, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. In addition, Group shall be responsible for payment of attorney's fees and interest associated with the Hotel efforts to collect monies owed under the terms of this Agreement. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction in the State in which the Hotel is located and to service of process outside the State in which the Hotel is located pursuant to the applicable requirements of such court in any matter so submitted to it and THE
PARTIES EACH EXPRESSLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. Any judgment or award rendered by the arbitration as referenced above may be entered in any court in the State in which the Hotel is located having jurisdiction thereof or in any court having jurisdiction over the party against whom judgment is sought to
be enforced. Neither party shall under any circumstances be responsible for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
