RESERVATION PROCEDURES


GUARANTEE
Guarantee Method:
All reservations for guest rooms must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a Major Credit card by Group. If using credit card to guarantee, Group must complete the attached credit Card Authorization form and return the completed form with the signed Agreement. If reservations are
booked by individual group attendees, credit card must be provided at the time of booking.

GUEST ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Guest check-in time is after 3:00pm and checkout time is 11:00am. Room assignments prior to that time are on an availability basis. During peak periods of high occupancy, rooms may not be available upon arrival. Rooms will be made available for check-in as soon as possible.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS: Sleeping room reservations will be made: Directly by Group attendees via phone or in person at Hotel’s facilities.

BILLING: Room, tax and incidentals will be paid as follows: Room, tax, and incidental charges will be paid by Individual Attendees

CUT-OFF DATE
Cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is 05/1/2023. After this date, rooms not covered by a rooming list or individual reservations shall be released from Group’s room block and Hotel may contract with other parties for the use of such rooms to reduce our losses and your obligations under the performance clause.


CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be accompanied with a major credit card. Individuals associated with group that cancel reservations within 24 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge that is equal to the first night’s stay to their credit card for each room reserved. Failing to show the day of the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of the remainder of the reservation.
