Reservations will be made by Individual Call-In or through the Personalized Booking Link
The hotel agrees to hold the rooms within the group block until the cutoff date of 04/15/22 at which time a rooming list and/or individual reservations should be received by the hotel. After the cutoff date, all unassigned rooms will be returned to general inventory at the non-group rate. Individual reservation requests or rooming lists received after the cutoff date are subject to acceptance by the hotel based on room and contracted rate availability.
CANCELLATION/PERFORMANCE:
You may cancel the group block only upon giving written notice to us by or before the cutoff date. In the event of an individual cancellation, each reservation must be cancelled by 3:00pm Central Standard Time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check In: 3:00p.m. Check Out: 11:00a.m.
A late checkout charge of half a day rate will be applied for accommodations vacated after 12:00p.m, without prior approval from the hotel. A full day’s room and tax will be charged for checkouts after 2:00p.m.
